First of all, there is a very low percent of people that would actually return an iPhone--considering the price of it once unlocked.

You open this app and it takes so long for it to respond, and whats with the please wait sign on the buttom? I would immediatly close the app once I see something like that working in the back.

If you want a real tracking device, get Apples me! It does more than transfer all of your data, you can track you iphone with accurate location, write messages that would show up on the iPhone, and even disable the iPhone from working--which would force a restore, making your data safe from others.
