Great app. Setting protection??

I liked this app, it is useful. I wish it can be protected the setting information from a stranger who found my iPhone.
Also when it asked if this app can use your current position, it doesnt look like that it sends an email or call if the person denys. It is more likely the person wont accept the question to answer if they want to keep it.. Otherwise this is it almost what I have been looking for a long time since I bought my iPhone.
